Scope and approval of the GTC

The Contract shall be governed by the provisions of Hungarian law.

The content of the agreement between us is governed by these General Terms and Conditions (the "GTC"). Therefore, the Terms and Conditions contain the rights and obligations concerning you and us, the terms and conditions of the contract, the delivery terms, the delivery and payment terms, the liability rules and the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal.

If any clause of the GTC is legally incomplete or invalid, the remaining clauses of the contract will remain in effect and the provisions of the applicable legislation will apply instead of the invalid or false part.

Procedure in case of incorrect price

The Seller assumes no responsibility for the price displayed due to its due diligence and / or obviously due to a fault in the IT system.

The information provided on this website does not constitute an offer for sale by the Seller. You are considered to be the tenderer for orders covered by these GTC.
You expressly acknowledge by clicking the "Order" button that your offer is deemed to have been made and that your declaration will result in payment. You will be bound by your offer within 48 hours. If your offer is not confirmed by the Seller within 48 hours of these Terms and Conditions, you will be released from your offer.

Order processing, contract conclusion

Orders are processed in two steps. You will first receive an automatic feedback on your order, which will only record that your order has been received through the website, but this confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your offer. If you notice that your automatic confirmation e-mail notification contains incorrect information about you, you are required to notify us immediately by e-mail. If you do not receive the automatic confirmation email within 24 hours of your order, please contact us!
After sending your offer, the Seller will confirm your offer by a second email. The contract is made when the confirmation email sent by the Seller becomes available to you in your mail system.

Completion date

The general deadline for completing the order is 30 days from the order confirmation. Delivery times will always be notified by email.

Reservation of rights, ownership clause

If you have previously ordered a product and refused accepting it at the time of delivery, the Seller will make the order return to the Seller with an unsolicited notice, and the Seller may ask prepayment for the cost of products and shipping.
If the price of the Product has not been paid in full, the Seller may call the Buyer to supplement the purchase price.

Sales abroad

The language of communication and shopping is English / German.
Seller shall not be required to comply with any non-contractual requirements for the Product in question under the national law of the Member State of the Buyer.
Unless otherwise specified by Seller, you will apply Hungarian VAT to all Products.
According to these GTC, the Buyer may exercise his / her rights of enforcement.
In the case of an electronic payment solution, payment shall be made in the currency specified by the Seller,
Seller may withhold delivery of the Product until it is satisfied that the price of the Product and the delivery fee have been successfully and fully paid through the electronic payment solution. If the price of the Product has not been paid in full, the Seller may call the Buyer to supplement the purchase price.

Information on the consumer's right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw without justification. The consumer has the right of withdrawal on the product within 14 days of the date of receipt.
The consumer may also exercise the right of withdrawal using a template statement which can be downloaded from the website. It shall be for the consumer to prove that he has exercised his right of withdrawal in accordance with this provision. Seller's Refund Obligation

Extra costs

If the consumer expressly opts for a mode of transport other than the least costly, the Seller shall not be obliged to reimburse the resulting additional costs. In this case, we are responsible for the refund up to the general shipping rates shown.

Right of retention

The Seller may withhold the refund until the consumer has returned the product or has unequivocally confirmed that it has been returned; the earlier of the two shall be taken into account. We are unable to accept cash on delivery parcels.

Consumer's obligations in the event of termination or cancellation

If the consumer withdraws from the contract, he must return the product without delay, but no later than fourteen days after the notice is given. The consumer shall bear the cost of returning the product. The product must be returned to the Seller's address. Please note that we will not be able to pick up any product returned by cash on delivery or by post. The consumer shall be liable for any diminution in use resulting from use in excess of that necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
